Dr Cynthia Eccles

Head of Radiotherapy Research and Development, The Christie

Cynthia is a Consultant Research Radiographer (therapeutic and diagnostic) at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust. She leads a team of 10+ academic and research radiographers in advanced radiotherapy research. Her research interests include MR-guided RT, adaptive RT, radiotherapy motion management and validation of imaging biomarkers of RT response. She is also the Co-hub lead of the Manchester CRUK RadNet AHP Doctoral Academy with projects in motion management for abdominal SABR, adaptive and biologically adaptive RT for cervical cancers.
