Research Radiographer (MR Linac)

Claire is a therapeutic radiographer working within research and the MR Linac. Claire joined The Christie hospital in 2014 after graduating from The University of Liverpool. She works on the MR Linac, treating radiotherapy patients, imaging for clinical trials including oxygen enhanced imaging, while working with the multi-disciplinary team commissioning new anatomical treatment sites. Together with her clinical workload Claire works on many research projects, with a special interest in providing personalised adaptive radiotherapy using functional imaging to improve patient outcomes and reduce toxicities.
