Hanan is a Post-Doctoral Research Associate in the Nanoomics team, Nanomedicine Lab, the University of Manchester. She joined Radnet Manchester in October 2021 after completing her PhD in Nanotechnology at the Technion institute of technology, Haifa. Her current project is focusing on longitudinal investigation of radiation induced changes on plasma proteome of cancer patients using nanoparticle-based proteomic analysis. Profiling of plasma proteome changes can help detect new potential biomarkers that can guide radiation therapy and assess radiation induced toxicity as well as provide some mechanistic insight into the systemic effect of RT.
