Lauren is the Neurooncology Research Project Manager for Prof Petra Hamerlik and Dr Gerben Borst working on early phase and translational glioblastoma studies. She coordinates the RadNet Manchester Early Phase Radiotherapy and Trials Hub which aims to facilitates the discovery and validation of novel biomarkers, and investigate mechanisms of radiotherapy interaction with the TME. Lauren also manages the national RadNet Working Groups: ‘Radiotherapy Drug Combinations’, bringing together researchers from across the UK to deliver on innovative combination studies and ‘Emerging Radiotherapy Technologies’, to better identify and understand the mechanisms behind innovative and novel technological approaches to delivering radiotherapy.
